My package came with a trial for hair and make up which I used for my bridal shower. She was pretty flexible with scheduling and ideas and was able to recommend colors that would look good with my outfit. Although my hairstyle during the trial was tricky, she was able to pull it off on the wedding day. I asked to have two hair options, one up and one down. The way she pinned my hair up was carefully done so when i removed the hair pins for the reception hairstyle the curls were maintained! I was really happy! She also gave me touch up kit for the night - the lipstick was the most useful. My bridal party looked amazing also because Mona’s team’s work, different hair styles completed early too!   She understood exactly what I wanted for my look - simple and natural. she is really patient. I had shared some pictures of the hair and make-up styles that I was keen on, and she was able to perfectly recreate the look. She is also extremely professional and despite living at the other end of town and having to be at the venue by 4:45 am, she was punctual! Finally, and most importantly, she has a lovely personality and was a pleasure to chat with as she applied my make up, and a great up-do for my hair, as I showed her. which helps take away any nerves you may have.

I absolutely loved my wedding updo, it was exactly how I wanted it and I got so many compliments on it! Mona was very flexible and accommodating to the needs of my bridesmaids - some of them mentioned to me a week before the wedding that they wanted their makeup done. I asked Mona if it was possible even thought it was so last minute but she was able to provide eye makeup for all of the bridesmaids who wanted it. Thanks Mona and Irene!   I absolutely LOVED my hair & makeup and their incredibly calm and warm presence made all of my dress/veil changes seem so easy! I had my trial session with her as well, she is very patient and did my makeup and hair exactly like the photo I showed her before. On my wedding day she showed up 10 min sooner and we started on time, and very perfectly they covered all 6 people's makeup and hair services in less than 3 hours.
